Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Webify Pakistan for services including but not limited to:

• Shared hosting plans
• VPS and dedicated servers
• Domain name registrations and renewals
• SSL certificates
• Website development services
• Digital marketing services
• Software licenses

are non-refundable. This includes one-time payments and recurring payments.

2. Service Cancellation

While you may cancel your services at any time, no refunds will be issued for any remaining time on your service period. It is your responsibility to cancel services before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

3. Disputed Payments

Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated with your payment provider will result in immediate suspension of all services until the dispute is resolved. A dispute fee of $50 will be applied to your account for each disputed transaction.

4. Service Credits

In cases where service issues are caused by Webify Pakistan, we may at our sole discretion issue service credits for future use. These credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

5. Acknowledgment

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no refund policy.

Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to engage in any illegal or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited emails
• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Engaging in phishing or identity theft
• Hosting copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Operating Torrent or P2P networks
• Engaging in DDoS attacks or network abuse
• Running IRC servers or bots

2. Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts may not:

• Use excessive CPU, memory, or disk I/O resources that negatively impact other customers
• Run cron jobs more frequently than every 15 minutes
• Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes
• Operate any type of web spider or indexer

3. Enforcement

Webify Pakistan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of this policy without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

4. Reporting Abuse

To report a violation of this policy, please contact our abuse department at abuse@webifypakistan.com with detailed information about the incident.
