Refund Policy

Our policy regarding refunds for Webify Pakistan services

Important Disclaimer

Please note that I am an underage entrepreneur based in Pakistan and may not be fully aware of all legal requirements regarding refund policies. This policy represents my best understanding and the terms under which I operate my business. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact me before making a purchase.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Webify Pakistan are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, we do not offer refunds or credits for any services, including unused portions of services, service dissatisfaction, or early termination. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

1. General Refund Policy

Webify Pakistan operates on a strict no-refund policy for all services. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Shared hosting services
  • VPS hosting services
  • Dedicated server rentals
  • RDP hosting services
  • Domain registrations and renewals
  • SSL certificates
  • Any other services offered by Webify Pakistan

2. Service Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel services at any time:

  • Cancellations must be requested through our client area
  • Cancelled services will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for cancelled services

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing:

  • Contact our billing department immediately at billing@webifypakistan.com
  • Provide documentation of the disputed charge
  • We will investigate and respond within 7 business days

Note: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate service suspension and permanent account termination.

4. Service Guarantees

While we strive to provide excellent service, we do not offer money-back guarantees. Our commitment is to:

  • Address service issues promptly when reported
  • Provide technical support to resolve problems
  • Maintain high service availability standards

5. Exceptions

The only potential exceptions to our no-refund policy are:

  • Duplicate payments (must be reported within 7 days)
  • Clear billing errors on our part

Any exception is at the sole discretion of Webify Pakistan management.

6. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfers
  • Mobile Payment Services

All payment methods are subject to the same no-refund policy.

7. Subscription Services

For recurring subscription services:

  • You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date
  • Automatic renewals cannot be refunded
  • It is your responsibility to track subscription dates
