1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Webify Pakistan's hosting services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your services without refund.

No Refund Policy

As stated in our Refund Policy, all payments are final. This includes cases where services are suspended or terminated due to violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds will be issued for terminated services regardless of remaining service time.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to host, distribute, or link to:

Illegal content or activities
Copyright-infringing material
Child exploitation content
Hate speech or discrimination
Malware, viruses, or harmful code
Phishing or fraudulent sites
Spam-related content
Pirated software or media
Any content prohibited by Pakistani law

3. System and Network Security

Prohibited activities include:

Unauthorized access to systems or networks
Interference with service to other users
Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
Port scanning or vulnerability scanning
Brute force attacks or credential stuffing
Mining cryptocurrency without authorization
Operating open proxies or TOR exit nodes

4. Email Policies

Email abuse includes:

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
Operating unsecured mail servers
Harvesting email addresses
Spoofing email headers
Operating mailing lists without opt-in/opt-out

5. Resource Usage

Excessive resource usage that affects other customers is prohibited:

CPU usage exceeding reasonable limits
Memory usage causing system instability
Disk I/O affecting server performance
Bandwidth consumption beyond allocated amounts
Running unattended server-side processes

6. Enforcement

6.1 Violation Reporting

Report AUP violations to abuse@webifypakistan.com with evidence.

6.2 Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

Investigate potential violations
Remove or disable access to content
Suspend or terminate services
Cooperate with legal authorities
Take any other action we deem appropriate

6.3 No Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from our enforcement actions.

7. Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in:

Immediate service suspension
Permanent account termination
Removal of offending content
Reporting to law enforcement
Permanent ban from our services

Note: No refunds will be provided for terminated services.

8. Policy Changes

We may modify this AUP at any time. The updated date will be posted at the top of this page.
